Dry Hire Policy
DRY HIRE EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT (AUSTRALIA)
This Hire Agreement outlines the terms under which the Hirer rents equipment from the Owner. By
signing, the Hirer agrees to all terms including responsibility for equipment, safe use, insurance,
and compliance with all Australian laws.
1. Transfer of Responsibility
Full responsibility passes to the Hirer once equipment leaves the premises until returned and
accepted.
2. Care, Custody and Control
The Hirer assumes all risk and control of the equipment.
3. Loss, Damage or Theft
The Hirer is liable for all loss or damage (excluding fair wear and tear) and must cover repair,
replacement, and recovery costs.
4. Licensing and Competency
Operators must be licensed, trained, competent, and comply with WHS laws.
5. Use and Operation
Equipment must be used properly, maintained, and faults reported immediately.
6. Insurance
Hirer must maintain insurance including full replacement and public liability cover.
7. Indemnity
Hirer indemnifies the Owner against all claims arising from use.
8. Return Condition
Equipment must be returned clean and in same condition.

Trailer & Towing
Check your vehicle"s capacity. Mini Machines can be towed on a standard car-licence trailer but heavier post-tracks require heavy-duty towing
Delivery Fees
If you can't to the machine yourself we charge $50-$150 each way depending on suburb
Cleaning Fees
Dry Hiring means the machine must be returned clean and refuelled, or a surcharge will be deducted from your bond
